Each January, beginning in January 2008 this Update CD will provide the
current case law to enhance the 13th Juror Disc.
As statutory laws and state and federal decisions change
police practices and procedures the CD Law Disc will modify the files on
Use of Force Policies, FBI articles, Use of Deadly Force case law, Pursuit case law,
less-lethal weapons deployment and Police
Studies to insure practical and current police practices and
procedures. Police agency policy must reflect statutory law in conjunction with
federal and state constitutional authority.
Pricing: Each January, purchasers of the 13thjuror Law
Disc, have the option of updating their law Disc for $9.95 plus
